Marine Reserve Art Competition

Hello Team,
can you please add your paragraph explaining your art in the google slide. Lots of the pictures had no name so you will need to find your art, name it, add your year, and what your picture is telling us. Please be careful not to touch other students mahi.

I spoke with Amy from Healthy Rivers, Living Sea Education Trust and she said the competition is still going ahead but has been postponed until October. The judging will still happen this month.

Check your emails as I have sent a link to you or click on the link below.

Cybersmart Learning: Chromepets

Kia ora!
In Room 3 we have been learning about our Kawa of Care during our Cybersmart time.  Last week, we talked about how looking after a Chromebook is kind of like looking after a pet.  Click on the audio in our slides to find out why we think so.

We really enjoyed creating our pets and adding all the interesting colours and textures.

Welcome to Room Three, 2020

Kia ora koutou,
This is us!  We are Toroa Room 3.  Our base group teacher is Mrs Bava AND we are lucky enough to have three teachers in our Toroa Hub.

We have two Tuhi Mai, Tuhi Atu buddy blogging classes this term, one at Waitohu School in Otaki, and one at Karoro School in Greymouth!  If you are from one of these classes, hello, it's nice to meet you!  We look forward to learning more about you throughout this time!

If you're visiting our blog, please leave us a comment on our learning.... we love to connect with people!
